Thermal-Aid Return Policy
Thermal-Aid is a trademark of Pacific Shore Holdings, Inc.
- Pacific Shore Holdings, Inc. will accept product returns and exchanges up to 30 days after date of delivery.
- Refunds will consist of the original product price paid plus tax (if applicable). All shipping and handling charges (both original and return) will not be refunded.
- Pacific Shore Holdings, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the issuance of a refund based on product alteration, damage and length of time from delivery date (beyond 30 days).
- The final decision on all refunds lies with Int’l Ally, Inc. management.
- Refunds will be issued within 10 business days from date of receiving the returned product.
To Return a Product:
- Contact Int’l Ally, Inc. via e-mail at info@pac-sh.com to obtain a "Return Authorization Number".
- Package the product with a legible copy of the original invoice and the "Return Authorization Number" clearly written on the invoice copy.
